Oklahoma has kicked freshman wide receiver Josh Jarboe off the team, coach Bob Stoops announced Friday.
"We are disappointed in this outcome, but our complete review and the final decision is in the best interest of the program," Stoops said in a prepared statement.

Preseason polls are meaningless.
But for what it's worth, it has WVU at #8. Doesn't hurt to start there and move up!

1. The BCS has ruined College football.
2. The Big 10 is way overrated.
3. Ohio State plays a cup cake schedule.

According to Phil Steele's College Football Preview Magazine (the bible of college football) OSU has the number 31 toughest schedule ahead of Auburn, Oregon, West Virginia, Va Tech, Texas Tech, Clemson & Notre Dame. He doesn't base his schedule on last years performances, he bases in on this years projections..a1aara wrote:A few things:

In the past they were meaningless. But now the polls are used in the BCS formula. If you start out ranked low, it is hard to vercome the early lead that teams at the top have.
