Not really too shocking what happened to this guy considering the "cross wind" that usually comes with a tropical storm/hurricane.
But did the guy survive that beating?

Rough weather seems to put Darwinism to the challenge quite often. If not this guy, the surfers looking for that big wave or the fun bunch at the beach bars. Too bad the rational rescue workers are usually the ones put at greater risk because of the careless activities.

It didn't look good toward the end of the footage....

CNN TV has just reported that the guy is in the hospital in critical condition.

oh man that was awesome! Looked like a scene out of Hancock.
So far this storm is a dud but I'm sure he doesn't feel that way.
It'll probably end up in the new Tim Dorsey book.
