This article made it to the news page!

Great!

This is a story they teach you in Art History --- It says that if you forget to teach one generation of the importance of the past, they never know it. They never know the horror or beauty of it; and when they never know it they never know how to fear it or appreciate it. A generation after that... the writing on the wall is unreadable and forgotten and a loss for all those two come.

Shouldn't the property owner be the one to decide what the best use of the property is, not a bunch of people on the internet?

Nope. Part of the deal of the sale was that the Chart Room remain intact as it was, when it was purchased by the resort company. I guess as a lawyer you will know, this will end up being a case of who has the better lawyer.

LOL...as a lawyer I know that this will be a case of who has more money for the high-powered lawyer.....

and I agree Larry, we don't know the workings of the contract, but the owner should get to close it if he wants. Sad as it is.

emailing the people suposedly representing us in our government that is controlling too much of our lives and/or the fact that most Americans are too lackadasical to realize that the government is not responsible to take care of lazy people or their children is much more in need of an uprising than a bar turning into a suglass hut but alcohol will help dull the senses of this reality so.. vote to save the bars :D

That's my friend Colin.

I don't agree with him on this subject, but he's still a great guy.

of the land. But for the construction permits..
I don't know how much of that is on paper..
