Actually, you can now get solar-powered tiki torches. They even flicker. I love mine.

Sad to hear.
Ours are just stuck in the ground, and it doesn't take much to knock them over. I try to keep them far from the house in case they ever fall when lit.

My parents have them at their vacation house. Scared the hell out of me. I woke up around 3am and walked into the kitchen to get a drink of water. I see this flickering out side and thought someone had lit them while we were sleeping. I opened the door and then realized they were solar powered.
