Better than this airline gig (everybody hates airlines).
(Unless it's on a foreign carrier, where people are still treated like royalty).
But I STILL make sure I thank the pilots & STEWARDESSES every time as I'm getting off the plane.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE JOB ???

Got all the food/drink I wanted. And could skate anytime we were slow, or there was an 'all skate'.
I'd like to think I haven't found my favorite job yet.....
(other than Mom, of course!)
I really have only had 2 'jobs' in my life.....at 16 I worked in the toy dept. of a department store- during the Cabbage Patch doll craze!
From 17 on I've been in real estate.... which now is almost utterly useless...

Phavorite job that I didn't make enough money to live on: phirst phull time job out of college. I was a cashier/front end asst. manager at Harris Teeter in Charlotte, NC . I liked seeing a lot of the same customers on a regular basis, and I learned how to ten-key. I think we were the last grocery store on Earth to still have the cash registers that you actually had to punch in the price and department.
Phavorite career job: the one I have now: working as a Human Resources Customer Service Rep for LandAmerica. Our group has a great reputation in the company b/c we have to know a lot about a lot of different things, so it really challenges me. Plus, I hate people so it's a perfect fit.
My three coworkers and I have the best dynamic of ANY group I've ever worked with.
