Um, I can see you're upset, but this isn't the worst that could happen. No one died.... Does it screw up your plans? Yeah, and I'm sorry to see that, but it still needs perspective....

Besides, I'm waaaaay more concerned about how Hanna will affect my house (like, will the trees come through the roof??) than how it will affect my entertainment plans.....

Actually I think this will be one that we all remember, so I wouldn't be so sure.

My group of 8 (66%'s) will be under the pavilion. You shouldn't need your blanket under there, unless you're planning on taking a nap...

If people are really that upset about the time change you always have the option of staying home.

I've seen JB in a Trop Storm/Hurricane before and didn't alter the show at all. Not sure why you think this will be a special show. Usual set list and immediately off the stage

They could have handled this much better than they did. All week this storm was on the radar for this weekend, they could have sent a notice out earlier in the week saying there is a potential for a show time change due to the storm so keep checking back.
Plus, I bought my tickets from TM.com and I still have not received an email from them saying they show time has been changed? There are going to be a lot of people who don't know about the time change and show up later in the day and be SOL.
I don't care about missing out on a few hours of tailgating, and the 3pm show will get me home early on Saturday which is also good but a friend of mine who works usually Saturday nights was able to change his schedule so he would work 6am-2pm this Saturday -so he picked up pavilion tickets Wednesday afternoon and now he can't go and is out the cash. And there will be thousands of others like him.
If they are that concerned about people's safety then cancel the show, I wouldn't care either way, I want to go to the show but if it was canceled I would completely understand. But i am going and I will have fun as always and I am looking forward to it.

Y'know, our problems are not big, if our big issue is a concert. It's a concert... and entertainment event.... how'd you like to be sitting in the Bahamas right now, or in south Florida, awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Ike? That storm is going to kill people and destroy property. Perspective.... We seriously need PERSPECTIVE.

I'm surprised TM hasn't sent an email. They send a reminder two weeks ahead, it couldn't be hard to send a time-change email.
The Providence country radio station announced the change this morning so hopefully the local media outlets have been given news releases.

TM changed their page to display 3pm, but not a lot of people are going to check that page unless you are looking for tickets. I agree, they should shoot out an email.

We are bringin a medium-sized tent to cover our table, grill, game, etc., so fee free to stay dry with us! Plus, this will be my 17th show, and the first time it will have rained, so it will be a show I'm sure to remember!
It's the "Year of Still Here" for Gosh sakes. So, we'll still be there!

Me too on the email... but with a tropical storm coming, don't you think most people would verify if the show is still on?? (I've never been in a hurricane or tropical storm before, but I would.)

Some people won't even realize there's a storm coming....
