Who's Going to Mohegan Sun - 11/08/08
OK, so we're not sure of an exact date.
That doesn't mean we can't get this party started.
If you - like many - think November 8th will be the date, then you'd better get going on a room (unless you can afford - or are comped - one at MS), as they're filling up fast around the area. Not sure if it's just because it's a Fall weekend or lot's of PH's are locking in a room early, just in case.
Regardless of the date, I'm sure many BNer's will be there, so no time like the present to begin the dialogue.

Right on, CGB. I'm sure we can entertain ourselves at Margaritaville and then be high-rollers on the penny slots!Cane Garden Bay wrote:We got our rooms booked already, whether there's a show or not we're heading to Margaritaville for Lone Palm Ales, Margaritas & Volcano Nachos!!

i'm going to say it's later then the 8th
1. Tour ends at the End of Oct
2. Some band members are playing at MOTM
3. I just think they will take some time off after MOTM....Unless Jimmy is doing a Solo show at Margaritaville
4. I think it would of been announced by now if it was a arena show...less then 2 months for ticket sales!!....but the 8th is open so far!!
5. I don't think he would do a Sat. there...i think it would be one of the slower casino nights to draw people in to spend.
Hopefully i'm wrong...but that's my take!!

#4. I don't think ticket sales are an issue, since most of the tickets are comped to high rollers. That's why the printed price on the ticket is so high - so they'll think they're getting a $250 perc from the casino.TommyBahama wrote:i'm going to say it's later then the 8th

That big tent next to the tailgate last year was the VIP tent. There were lots of people in there, but it sure wasn't a Buffett crowd !!
(However, the free rita's were tasty!!)

As this Pirate looks at 33 I could not imagine a better birthday than a trip to Margaritaville and a Buffett show!!!!lilsalty wrote:Right on, CGB. Take me for what I am, a star newly emerging.
I accept the new found man, and I set the twilight reeling.
