Woman Accused of Stealing from Soldiers' Fund
Investigators in Luzerne County say a woman stole from the very people she was supposed to help, National Guard soldiers and their families.
Christine Healey of West Wyoming was president of an organization that raised money for soldiers from the 109th National Guard in West Pittston and their families.
