Poll Sunny Afternoon..

OK every Sunday that I have 'Net Hookup
(going hunting in a few weeks)
I will start a Poll I will let it run seven days..
it will be for Covers (Which version we prefer)
let's play nice...
first up.. Sunny Afternoon.. I always liked this song..
but when Jimmy covered it.. I really love it now..

This one, I gotta go with the original. just more British Rocker angst from an era where "the taxman's taken all my dough" meant a 90%+ slice.

I like Jimmy's version-don't get me wrong. But it's a "lite" verion of The Kinks. THEY are the real thing when it comes to that song.

(un)fortunately for Jimmy,
about the only thing he can relate to in that song is "ice cold beer... ...lazing on a sunny afternoon".
