I'd have to select Waylon's cover of "He Went to Paris", from his 1980 album, "Music Man".

Whether it's been discussed before or not doesn't matter-if YOU want to bring it up, so be it, and whatever anyone else thinks is of no significance.

And MY answer is "A Pirate Looks At 40" by Matt Hall.
He did a beautiful version of it on his solo C.D., "The St. Somewhere Years."

I agree......I am really looking forward to her CD coming out. Even my 14 year old daughter is hoping she can use on of Nadirah's remakes as a 'showcase' number for figure skating. (You can't have music with words for actual competitions, but for local or regional 'showcases' you can. I am trying to talk her into using 'Vampires, Mummies and The Holy Ghost' for a local one coming up!! LOL!)

I've heard them both, I like Roger Creager's better. But I think Jack Johnson sux so that's no surprise.
