I chose Jimmy's. But, damB, they are all very nice!
I just listened to all three in a row.
Jimmy's sound and the whole Coral Reefer band is just such a big sound. The vocals are cleaner and purer on his recording. Jimmy is so good about putting a recording out that sounds like a LIVE version. I guess that's a production thing...
I love Roger's voice on the song though, but the song just seems to go on and on. I like that raspy sound and the
great percussion.

I guess it does do a good job of featuring different players, but 4:50 is long.
Peter's voice is so nice, but but the arrangement is just not good on his CD, Romeo's Garage. It just seems a bit monotonous even with the special guitar solos.
I have to say though that Peter and Roger come to mind first when I hear the song and the lyrics Red Wine and Lemonade.
I like all my BLUE songs on iTunes:
Blue Eyed Cowboy by Terri Hendrix
Blue Guitar by those 3 guys
Blue Heaven Rendezvous by Jimmy
Blue Mood by Jerry Jeff
Blue Pieces by J Micheal Laferty
Blue Sky Day by Scott Kirby
Blue, Blue Water by Mark Mulligan
The Bluegrass Widow by Robert Earl Keen "quite possibly the worse bluegrass song ever"
Blues In Your Mind by Jerry Jeff Walker
(note to self to upload Blue Telescope)
Only Jerry Jeff's BLUE MOOD is better than BLUE GUITAR
