So I bought a new microwave.. a GE.. not much
fancy.. White, a turntable... it heats..

But it has a "feature" I just hate.
when it finishes the cycle. it beeps..
then if you do not run and open the door it beeps. at 30 seconds.
then every minute until you open the Damb door

so If I am in the shower,getting the mail.. on BN

it beeps loud..



anyone else??

I just wonder how much the 'stuff" we don't want/need
adds to the total cost of the things we buy..

we have a GE Spacesaver....goes above the stove. It does the same thing, and YES, it's annoying

Mine does it too....Drives me crazy...

But it keeps me from being lazy...

My Panasonic goes BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, then stops.

Open it up and cut the wires to the speaker. It needs to be stopped.

Luckily ours doesn't do that. I'd have to throw something at it.

in the morning I heat water for oatmeal.. I over heat it a bit.. and it cools
during my shower..

We have a television in the bedroom that has a green LED on the front that is on when the set is plugged in. Its covered with duct tape now.

I constantly leave tea that I'm warming up in the microwave in there...the beep beep would help me out

You get your mail in the shower? I'm lucky to get it in the mailbox. I think your beeping microwave is the least of your Problems
