MOTM ZONTA WALK UPDATE

Hello Parrot Heads ...
Well we are just a few weeks away from the big party at mile
marker "0." Schedules for all the fun times are being compiled,
so we want to make sure you add our Zonta Walk to the "must
things" to do while at Meeting of the Minds on Saturday Nov. 1.
Have you packed your favorite walking shoes? ... Have you registered
for the walk? ... Have you encouraged your fellow club members to
walk with you? ... Now is the time to get organized and ready to
party while "walking for a purpose."
We hope you will hop off of those barstools and jump up from
those beach chairs ... come join us and lets show our "party
with a purpose" spirit by walking as a group on Saturday morning.
A "wave" of Parrot Heads doing the walk for such a great cause
will serve as a wonderful memory for all participating ... walking
in Key West ... wow!
Our theme this year is "Corner of Walk or Don't Walk" ... I hope you
will decide to take the option of stepping off the corner and walking
with us.
Has your club decided to participate in the challenge from the Atlanta
Parrot Head Club? Let us know if you are taking this challenge?
We already have clubs joining in this challenge.
Prizes will be awarded to the Parrot Head Club that raises the most
money and the individual Parrot Head that raises the most money.
To help get you warmed up for the race and help you get across
the finish line, we will have great music provided be Jerry Diaz.

charity event the Zonta Walk (ABC 5K Walk/Run)
