My wife and I only just discovered the magic of Jimmy's music, and the lifestyle it personifies, within the past 4 years. Since then, we have joined and become officers in the New Hampshire Parrot Head Club, and we truly enjoy the people we gather with as well as the charity and community work that we do as part of the club.
I can honestly say that I've had an awakening; that it's not all about the daily corporate grind. There are other things in life that are so much more important than 'living to work'.
As such, I would be willing to give almost anything to meet the man and shake his hand.

I know what you mean! Jimmy put the idea of living in a beach town in my mind. I was in a job I hated, and decided to move to Florida. I have never looked back, and am now President of the Naples Parrothead Club.
Thanks Jimmy!!! I hope I get to meet you and let you know how your music changed my life.
Phin!
Bring me the hot sauce, bring me a beer. Going to be the last man standing, but where do you go from here?
FINS WAY UP From Texas and the San Antonio Parrothead Club... If your out traveling and find your way... hit saphc.com and stop by... WELCOME to the phlock and the happiest place, really on earth
Welcome to my world of music, beaches, rum....no doubt about it - Buffett has kept a smile on my face for over 30 years...the music and lifestyle are the way to go...have fun in here too....lots of goofy people lurking around in here...
"I'm back to living Floridays,
Blue skies and ultraviolet rays,
Looking for better days"
You know, it's funny...whenever those 'why do tickets cost so much' threads start up, or whenever I'm tempted to not buy an album or not fly back to Dallas for my yearly phlocking, I remember that Jimmy Buffett and his music have provided me with so many hours of entertainment, comfort, sympathy, and joy that I could never repay Jimmy for it.
Yes, he's a very rich man, but I'd give him a bit more of mine for the way he's made my life better...I don't begrudge him one bit of it.
...I come down to talk to me...when the coast is clear...
I am a somewhat new parrothead having discovered the magic of Jimmy's music a little over a year ago. I went from 0 to 60 real quick. Jimmy's music sure has made a difference in my life for the better when it was and is needed the most.
Here we are, maybe it's because in spite of all the work we do
It's the child in us we really value
Here we are, with our fins up and our feathers flashing
Here we are, with our coconut shell brassieres chanting
