Trump lowers sales price for M-ville Casino

Donald Trump and the buyer of the Trump Marina property that is scheduled to become the Margaritaville Casino in Atlantic City, NJ has re-negotiated their deal to lower the sales price to $270 million, down from $314 million.

A $44 million savings? There's something to be said for the economy tanking. :o

Because it couldn't be possible that Donald Trump overestimated the value of one of his holdings, could it? :roll: :D

probably related jimmy having to "buy it" and get a casino license versus the naming rights licensing agreement they started out with.
