No! He's just an entertainer, and couldn't be any help.

Presidential Adviser isn't enough - he needs a Cabinet post.

Jimmy as Presidential Adviser?

Post by krusin1 »

Reading all the political discussion, a question just popped into my head...

Would Jimmy be a good Presidential Adviser?

Seriously... he's obviously a good businessman, is very supportive of our men and women in uniform (even if he's probably against the war,) seems able to connect to the "common man," and has enough experience traveling the globe to offer some insights.

And Jimmy is obviously acquainted with Mr. Obama.

So, how about it... if Obama wins, would Jimmy be a good choice as a Presidential Adviser? (Or maybe even member of the Cabinet? :o )

(And yes, I'm fully aware Jimmy is too smart to get dragged into politics! )

JB for Secretary of State (of mind)

Post by SwissArmyKnife »

I think he'd do well as Ambassador to Margaritaville or as a Cabinet member for Secretary of State of Mind.

In fact - I'm going to try and put up some road signs for him today at the concert....

I voted no, but on second thought, I really would love the Head Parrot to come to DC, and play at a venue that is Metro accessible.
