Jimmy, I feel for ya - really . . . .

Post by drunkpirate66 »

Dude,

You've lost both your parents. One of your best friends - Groovy. Ted Bradley. I know you were close with George Harrison. I know there have been others (such as people on your wife's side). Now one of the guys who helped you become the man you are: Captain Tony. That is a rough stretch and I know you come here every now and then and I know your band members do as well so I just wanted to say I feel for ya.

There are people here who claim they are no longer your fan . . . people who claim they hate your corporate life . . . your tour schedule . . . etc.

But, Jimmy . . . most of us are still here. Thank you.

I'll be the last woman standing, Jimmy! I've said it before, and I'll say it again: your music has filled so many of days with brightness and there is no way I could ever repay you for that, so I don't begrudge you a thing.

A hearty AMEN to the words above.

Amen!

Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,
I'm just a one man band,
With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

Good message!!

Yes Jimmy we all have good days, bad days and all too often going half mad days but we can either learn to roll with the punches or get stuck swimming in a roped off sea.

Keep smiling Jimmy........life is really good and you have helped me realize that quite often :D
