Greatwoods or Gillette in 2009...what's your preference?
BN noob here....
Missed the soakin at Great Woods this year.....didnt get the tickets for the Sat evening show..
For those that have done both now....which venue do you prefer?
Ive seen many shows at GW....and 2007's Gillette, and I have to tell you...I wouldnt mind seeing Jimmy at Gillette again. For one...no problem getting any tickets at face value, which always means more money to spend on food and booze.
The Gillette scene was really good as well, I thought...although nothing compares completely to the scene at GW.
I also like the new shopping venues at the razor...specially Bass Pro...being from Vermont, its always cool to be able to stock up on some fishing gear while in town.
Anyways....hope the balance of 2008 is good for ya'll...look forward to spending some more time at BN, and gearing up foe the tour rumors in 2009.

Welcome to the newbies on the thread. To answer the original question, I would prefer the show at Great Woods, even though I did have a good time at Foxborough.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.
