He talked with Steve while flying over the coast of Virginia, flying at 500 feet looking for wild horses on the beach. Headed to Florida, already planning some things for the next tour.

Said he was stopping to visit with the Navy. Norfolk, I'm guessing? Steve mentioned it was also the first time they talked with Jimmy while he was flying.

I heard the interview while I was doing some chores around the house. Jimmy coming in loud and clear!

We happened to be in Sag Harbor yesterday and we got to see Jimmy's surf mobile, his jet and his sea-plane being loaded up. I guess he was packing up his stuff and heading to Florida. It was cool seeing all of Jimmy's toys lined up at the airport.

Thanks for the partial recording. If anyone gets the entire thing I'd love to hear it. (As would, I imagine, many others on this board...)

Jimmy also said there will some new features to the shows next year having to do with the cameras he has on the wings of his plane... Hmmmmm....

Sounds like he is very relaxed and going to enjoy some more time off. Actually he said he was going to talk to the Navy which was most likely the air traffic controllers in Norfolk to get clearance to fly anywhere in their area of control. It must be nice, huh?
