What? There's no controversy, so hurt feelings, no ridiculing in this thread, just grossing out in the spirit of human interest and knowledge is power.

This story made me quit eating raw cookie dough. I DID however taste some chili tonight made with deer, rabbit and squirrel without even thinking of this thread, at a chili cook-off.

And I was making spaghetti last night before and during my posting of the story, without even making the connection until I read citcat's post. If you watch the video, you'll see that the worm was short and fat, nothing like spaghetti at all.

And the surgeon laughed when he saw it was a worm, because he was relieved -- it was much more manageable than a tumor would be.

AND get this he said it was the fifth such case in recent months!!!

Wash hands, cook food, clean house, SCRUB, SCRUB, SCRUB!!!
