Henderson, Mattingly, Smith, Dawson.

I know he'll never make it, but I always loved Harold Baines. A Md native, who spent some timoe with the O's. That guy was just a professional hitter, and extremely underrated IMHO

About the only one I disagree with is Mark McGwire because if you let him in you have to let BB in as well (after all he had hall of fame #'s BEFORE he was even known to be taking steroids... So anyone from the "steroid era" pretty much is out in my book...But you can definitely make a case for the other 3....

I agree with Larry except I would replace Dave Parker with Lee Smith.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

This is one of my favorite debates in all of sports. Who belongs in the Baseball HOF....

I would not vote Lee Smith in, he hung around too long.

Jim Rice has my vote, he was one of the most dominant players of his era.

Rickey- he stuck around a bit too long and was a bit of a loon. The best leadoff hitter in baseball history.

Dave Parker-great hitter. The cocaine thing in the 80's is going to hurt him for awhile. I think he'll get in, just down the road.

After Rickey, Tim Raines belongs in there also. Right alongside his good friend and teammate Andre Dawson
