I was looking through the "Favorite Christmas Movie" thread and it got me thinking about bad Christmas movies. What's the worst Christmas movie you've ever sat through?
For me, it is hands down the made for TV, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddie's Island Adventure. As a hige fan of all of the National Lampoons movies, despite terrible reviews online, I figured how bad could it be. I bought a used copy on Amazon and tortured myself for an hour and something.
I plan on keeping a spoon in the case instead of the DVD. That way, next time I go to watch it, I can just take the spoon out of the case, shove it up my nose and save myself 90 minutes.

one of the questions in the current BN feud was; "what was the worst Arnold movie"

The number one answer was "Jingle All The Way", which should definitely be put on the list of worst Christmas movies!

Three. it was like the cast needed rent money so they got together and free-formed the whole thing.

Home Alone 2.
The pranks/pratfalls in the first one were funny because they wouldn't actually kill anybody (probably.)
The second one was full of stuff that would literally knock a man's head off his shoulders - severe head trauma, death, etc. Of course it was played for laughs, but... Not funny.

I actually like the second Santa Clause (...the "Mrs" Clause), but the third one with Jack Frost was too mean spirited.

I just watched part two the other night again and it's not that bad. Part three was much worse than part two.

Usually any movie title that ends with a number is pretty bad....

This one gets my vote! It's only barely watchable with the "Mystery Science Theater 3000" treatment.

How about MIXED NUTS with Steve Martin? That was pretty horrible.

Late 80's Christmas Comedy about...............wait for it...............A SUICIDE HOTLINE OFFICE!!!
That is all that needs to be said about that one.

To make sure this movie wasn't a figment of my imagination (very well could have been), I went straight to youtube and found a clip from this movie. Alongside Steve Martin, there's a younger upstart actor in this movie named..........Adam Sandler. Go figure. Movie is painful to get through.

There is no such thing as a bad Christmas movie
Even the cheesy ones are fun. I was even able to enjoy Holiday in Handcuffs starring Mario Lopez and Melissa Joan Hart

I agree Jeff (aka Dave)...The Cousin Eddy Christmas was bad, along with Santa Clause 3 (not over the top bad, but one viewing was enough)
