Lopez and two friends got into a dispute with other patrons at The Tap House after someone selected a Jimmy Buffett song on the jukebox,...

Don't know. Can't tell from the relatively limited info in the article. Someone was being stupid, probably, but not sure it's the one guy who happened to be seriously injured... And no doubt there was alcohol involved.....
