Had to laugh

Post by johnson2113 »

I was at the mall today, I hate that place, all I wanted was a couple of hats. They have a store right in the front that carries nothing but hats and I couldn't find just a plain old ball cap. When I was a kid you had one choice for all the teams and that was it.

But, anyways, I was sitting in the food court and I look over to my left and see a sushi bar. It took us 15 years but Kansas finally caught up to California.

There's these good ones that stretch and look like a fitted cap, but all they had were those BS stupid looking ones with the flat bill.

That line always reminds me of the 1991 Woody Allen/Bette Midler
movie Scenes from a Mall. I wonder who stole the idea from whom...

To the best of my recollection, most stores only sell the ones with the flat bills. You need to curve it to your liking. That's what I would do. Just keep rounding the bill out with your hands until it's curved enough. Or, you could bend it and put some rubber bands around it overnight.

Yeah, but it's that new style. It seems like it's a wider bill and they want to keep them flat. Besides I don't want an orange and green KC Royals hat.

I love sushi! When I was in LA a couple of weeks ago my friends and I went to this sushi restaurant, and the waitress tried to throw us out when she saw Ms Sammie dog. She did not understand that sammie was a guide dog and could be anywhere with me. We did manage to straighten everything out, and I overdosed on sushi. Mall sushi would be very scary.
