Well - I guess there wont be a repeat of last years 100+++++ degree weather for the JB show in Raleigh.

Well, if last year's Charlotte show is any indicator, it got down to low 60's by the end of the concert, although I could be mistaken since we ended up having A LOT of fun during the tailgate.

Yeah, Charlotte last year was down right chilly at times. That time of year in NC is such a weather crapshoot.

You guys should meet a little "earlier" in the tailgate this year!

Things are coming together. Thanks to everyone for their ideas and offers to help....this will be grand.

We now have a 20 foot flag pole so everyone who can't caravan in with us (time to be determined later) will be able to find us. Look for the BN Flag and the wonderful Landshark flag Candyman and Mrs. got us in Chicago last year.

AND - we will have our own "luggable loo" and privacy pop-up tent .... - if nothing else functional and convenient. (with a seat too per requests!!!)

Still working on music and so far no electricity for the blenders ....unless someone can replicate that cool thing from Charlotte's tailgate last year.....I didn't take notes. Some contraption, generator thingy.

If I remember correctly, Sanjuro's Tequila had the "generator thingy". BTW, we might want to borrow your flag for the Charlotte show (as long as the wind doesn't blow like last year, or it may fly to Raleigh)

I think we should meet to caravan in around noon(earlier would also work) since it will take about an hour to get things situated. I'll bring some extra cigars for those that would like to join

Actually, I brought one of the Frozen Concoction Machines. I think (another) Jay from Georgia brought the Marine battery, but I don't think we ever got them churning.

For the record, we are bringing the following to all our tailgates this year....

-10X10 EZUP tent
-Coleman Roadtrip Gas Grill
-Couple of small tables/chairs
-Flags and flagpole (no shortage of THESE things apparently.)
-Tons of pirate and tiki decoration
-IPOD boombox with tons of JB concert music
-The party

There's probably more we carry, but it's too early to remember...

We brought the other Concoction maker, but we only got they only lasted about an hour or so. We can fly our Concoction Maker with us again, if we have the power to run it.
