Mrs. Play and wheatsailor got me thinking about road-tripping a PTM party this year, and Debbie suggested Cincinnati. Would that be a good fit, or is there already an organized party for that? If that would create conflict or whatever, are there any suggestions for other venues over the summer that might work?

I would think you need one that's far enough out to plan well.
That being said there's always Seattle in October.

Bad location for it. There's parking but nothing big enough for a good tailgate party where the venue is.

There is however a possibility in that there's place in the Seattle Center that could be booked for a private party. I've attended a few functions there in the past and it would be ideal for something like this but I don't know how much it would run.

We dropped off the donation at Scottish Rite today. There was a mix-up with the time and the entire development team got called into an emergency meeting, but the funds have been delivered!

Cameron's initial appointment at Scottish Rite is for May 29th. The VP of Development is meeting us early and giving Cameron a tour before he sees the doctor that day.

I got a porta-potty for Kenny Chesney this Saturday. We'll be in the Blue East parking lot near the stadium, in the area of the yellow circle. I'll have burgers, dogs, chips, cookies, plates, utensils, etc for 75 people or so. Walkups will be $10, but mention BN and you can have it for $5.
I think JustShari is in. Anyone else?

check out the Cinci thread? I don't know that anything is really set in stone at the moment, but that said, I haven't been following that thread closely with the festivities in Tampa arriving.

I'm glad I'm not a tax accountant - that's a 28-page form plus attachments!

Wow 501(c)(3) status not bad for a bunch of parrotheads who got waterlogged in a Texas parking lot

Hey, hey, hey....not all of us were waterlogged.....just Pharmade-logged.

Thank you! That worked, as you can see. I had messed with that thing forever, kept telling me I had too many pixels, couldn't fig how to reduce....and so on. I don't like having my pic taken, but this goofy one just has "Parrothead" written all over it. Thanks again!

Bill, my daughter Amanda & two friends will be joining y'all. She went to Hoot Island & have seen FFF1-3 pics so she knows how Parrotheads party.
