Has anyone taken a taxi from the Embassy Suites, to and from the concert? We want to go early and stay late, just didn't know if that would be an issue. Last year we drove back into Dallas, not a good idea. Won't do that again!

I've taken many a cab in the Dallas area but not to PHP. It's been my experience that you tip your cabbie EXTREMELY well and get their cell number and they'll pretty much take you anywhere.

Sounds like we're picking through a box of Lucky Charms cereal.

Stayed there last year and have 3 rooms booked for this year; $89/night. They may offer a discount in April; check back and they will adjust your reservation. I really liked it. Cool look to it, and the bar was hopping Friday night, all Parrotheads and JB blasting. Close by, too. I recommend it.

They did look quite charming and I wouldn't mind picking through them.

I know the economy is tough, but the first big donation pledge of $1,000 is already confirmed.

And another one confirmed for $500...

Though only $25 or so difference. Hmm....???.....
Depends on airline; but if you fly to Houston, you have to rent a car and drive almost 5 hours to Dallas (and you have to fight Houston traffic, uuuggghhh). You'll spend more in car rental and gas than airfare extra to Dallas. Southwest Love field is closer than DFW airport to venue; that's Southwest's terminal.

So, Santa challenge counts for this year? Just want to know what to root for on posts.
