Friday Night, August 28th, At Hemingway's Lake Geneva's Port of Call - Lake Geneva (Round trip transportation from Janesville Best Western provided - See details below).

What: The best pre-party on Friday night, known as The Parrot Head Ball, is returning to Lake Geneva, WI this year. There will be a huge PIG Roast, and plenty of great drink specials on Corona, Landshark, Margaritas, and more. There will be live music and the door cover charge will be $20 per person which includes the pig roast. There will be room for about 2500 people for this event. Volcano Express will also have room for over 300 people for the concert bus pick-up at Hemingway's Saturday.

Who's Playing: Todd Donnelly from Mr. Myers 6-8pm, Johnny Russler & The Beach Bum Band 8-10:30pm, and the South of Disorder Band with guests 11pm-2am.

When: Friday July 18th: 5:30 pm - Bar close

Where: The Parrothead Ball will be at Hemingway's Lake Geneva Port of Call

We have lots of room for tailgating and camping out. We will be also offering busses to shuttle you to Alpine and back to our parking lot so feel free to stay over night.

Our group plans are to stay in Janesville and shuttle to Hemingway's on Friday. Any one else staying near Janesville? Our group is just too big for Lake Geneva....Although, I wish we all had a week and could just rent a house on the water.....

Yes! ....hasn't worked out for me to get to a BBB show for a LONG time either...now I know there will be one for sure in my future Friday before Alpine is gonna be fun!

Only one I know is the Volcano Express out of Janesville, but I am sure there are others.

matt Wahl is a lot of fun

i'm really excited, first time to a jimmy buffet concert, never heard of matt wahl, i am definately gonna check that place out!! especially since someone said matt wahl is fun. i cannot even explain how excited i am! i just want it to be here. i've never even been to alpine valley. the prices for that place are really cheap to!

Notice that the website says that those were bands that played LAST year...doesn't necessarily mean that the same bands will be there this year... Cedar Island Band is good also... --it does sound like fun though...

Matt Wahl might be somewhere else this year....at least it is in the works.... says a little birdie.....
