I have plenty of spots left on our bus trip to Alpine and the beer deck. If anyone is from central Illinois and is interested, please let me know. I have listed the info below. There are others on this forum that have gone with us and can tell you what a good time we have and how great the decks are. Just having your own bathroom and bar are totally worth it.



4th ANNUAL ALPINE VALLEY BUFFETT BEER DECK TRIP!
When: Aug 29th leaving at 8:30am from Morton Kmart parking lot
Where: Alpine Valley Music Center
What: Bus trip to see the show on a private beer deck
Cost: $250.00 per person

This is the fourth year we have organized a beer deck trip, but I have been taking buses to Buffett concerts since 1996. Included in the cost of your ticket is the following;
- Transportation to and from the show on a 56-passenger charter bus w/ bathroom.
- Buffett videos, games, trivia and snacks on the trip up.
- All “setup” items for one of the best tailgate parties you will ever attend. (i.e. tables, blenders, canopies, table settings, condiments, music, games, etc…)
- Food for the tailgate. We will have Sub sandwiches, BBQ sandwiches and all the sides.
- Rum punch for the tailgate (Ryan’s own recipe)
- VIP bus parking for our tailgate.
- Everyone will receive an armband that will permit them access to our PRIVATE beer deck for a great view of the show. This has a PRIVATE bathroom and bar on our deck! That means no waiting in line!!!!!!
- After the show the bus will bring us home safely.
You will need to bring;
- Bag chairs and (if you want something other than punch) something to drink.

I can tell you that Ryan's offering for Alpine is a great way to go to Alpine without all the fuss. The beer deck offers enough room for dancing or passing out without being trampled. Our own private deck with bartender and port-a-pot is wonderful. You won't miss any of the show.
We always have a great spread of food and fun.
This will be our 3rd "trip" with all our fruitcakes and we always come back longing for yet another escape with no worries.

Well, I'm here on the boards on a semi-regular basis. Otherwise, I'm up in Wisconsin at the "Schloss Radler"; I'm waiting for a reply to a PM I sent to rkoener a week or so ago; I've got my tickets to Alpine Valley safely put away until August; and other than that I guess I'm just living a life of quiet desperation until then.

Oh, and to add to my acronym/chatroom/text abbrev knowledge, what's 'btt' mean?
