If you booked your room through the hotel, you should be able to cancel with no penalty (no matter where your reservation is). This is why no one should ever use travelocity, expedia, etc. to book rooms in Vegas. If you find a lower rate there than on the casinos own website, just call the hotel direct and ask them to match the price. They will all do this and it provides much more flexibility (not only can you cancel without penalty if you need to scrap the trip....but you can also cancel without penalty if a better deal is found elsewhere).adstumac wrote:I called the box office at the MGM. I guess all we can do is just wait. I think like some others have said, with tickets still available for the 16th show there, If they take the other west coast shows off now, maybe those tickets will sell. So, those of you close enough to get there on the 16th, do it!!! Help us geographically challenged parrottheads out!!

Hopefully, it doesn't matter as these dates will still happen.....but always use this approach when booking rooms in Vegas (and its worth a try in most other cities as well).
