I'll be there. This will be my first show in Indy. The past three years my dad and I have tried to go to different venues each year and this was the one we chose for this year. Can't wait... already scheduled my time off from work! hah

lol. i dont think many on the board go to this show, but that doesnt worry me. i have been to indy the past two years and have enjoyed great tailgates both times.

hope the rain stays away tuesday!

Yeah, I don't know why Indy gets the hate that it does. I love it! I have gone every year (too bad not twice a year anymore) since I moved here in 99.

So what time do parking lots open? And how is traffic getting into the venue usually?

I'm heading out from Pittsburgh area early in the morning then probably checking into the hotel first then hopefully be there by 4ish.

i think the lots opened around 1 last year

i'm going to be there around 1 or 2

Oh I would definitely like to be there by 1 or 2, but that means me leaving around 6 or 7, which is possible, but it would make for an even longer day. hah

How's traffic getting into the venue, though? Does it back up a lot? I know Pittsburgh can be a disaster if you come in later.

It's usually not too bad, the venue is close to the interstate and they have cops out directing traffic. If you are getting there before rush hour, it shouldn't be an issue.

Last year we showed up at 11:00, we were the 3rd car in the lot! Never got in that early before, don't know if we want to risk it again this year. Anyone else going that early?
