Wade Philips shouldn't have been a head coach in the first place (no matter what team). He is one of the best defensive coordinators in the game, but as a head coach, he seems to be in too deep.

if wade misses the playoffs again, or makes the playoffs and doesnt win at least 1 game, and doesnt get fired, i may turn in my star
esp with coaches like gruden, holmgren, cowher and shanahan available

I was so happy when he left Buffalo and kind of chucked when surfaced down in Dallas. He made some of the worst QB decisions when he was in Buffalo with regards to Doug Flutie in the post season. I think we would make and excellent unemployed football coach.

This is also true. He has no backbone and has Jerry Jone's hand so far up his ass.

If you add that they would probably want more power than what Jerry Jones is willing to give, I agree with you 100%.

The Redskins showed some good improvement from the Baltimore game to last night's game, however, I still think they need a lot of help offensively, their receivers they picked up last draft (2008) needs to pick it up this year to help out Moss and Portis.

Preseason Week 3 wrap-up from my view out west...
Chargers looked great vs. ATL even without L.T. and Gates.. lookin' ready to go!!
Broncos lost their starting QB for a while.. and lost to last year's starting QB
Chiefs may have lost their starting QB for a while.. but I fear a QB named Tyler Thigpen even more
Raiders just plain stunk, 'nuf said. Long live Al Davis!
Let's skip this last exhibition, and start playin' some ball!
