LiveNation site says parking lots open at 11AM - which is the latest they'll open , one would assume.

I believe it is consumption of alcohol in a marked can that is illegal or at least overlooked. Bring a dixie and you will be alright. Buddy just was there this past weekend and was good to go with the cups.

True. The forecast will probably change 10 times before the 25th.

Here's what I plan to do: wake up on the 25th look up in the sky. If there is a giant yellow thing visible I will be happy. If not I will just have to drink a few extra margaritas and pretend I can see it.
