2/24/09- Maui arts & Cultural Center.

Most of the other Hawaii posts are regarding the Waikiki show.

Let's get this Maui show rocking!!

Heidi and I are coming in from Kona on Sunday the 22nd, staying in Kihei.

I just booked a condo in downtown Lahaina so I won't have to stumble too far. I've drank with one particular Dutch Harbor before and I know where the night is headed in Maui.

Any word on a party bus or limo to the show? I'd hate to have to drive all the way across the island while in a concert state of mind.

This Maui show would be toward the top of the shows that I want to see on this tour!

My Wife and I Got Married in Maui (Maui'd) and, during the one week Honeymoon we had there, I said, "Wouldn't it be
great to see JB play here one day?"

Drink four or five for us that day, would ya?

It's been five years since we were there and we miss the island state of mind A LOT!!!!!

It's at the very top of my all-time favorite venues. Reminds me of the old days without all the hoopla ... and there's actual GRASS on the ground beneath your pheet.

Anyone going to the Maui show that is interested in seeing whales, turtles, dolphins and snorkeling I would recommend Captain Steve's Rafting Adventures out of the Mala Wharf in Lahaina. No it is not me but we have been going out with him for the last 4 years exclusively and he is the best. This is prime whale season! He is on the web. I plan to go out 2/25 or 2/27 with him. If you want further info e-mail me.

Make that 2/25 or 2/26. That is what an early margarita will do to ya...

Hey, skrull ... last time I was there, we saw a mother nursing a calf ... and a bunch of males trying to surround a female ... then the calf came beside the boat. It was amazing.

Good for you and yes, it is amazing. We were in Maui for almost 4 weeks in December/Jan and saw all that as well. Had a turtle bump me in the water and my wife got surrounded by spinner dolphins as we were snorkeling. Looking forward to all that again and JB too! Am eaving Monday morning although wife has to work this time. Wonder if that is why she is not speaking to me???
