MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Minot police say they get lots of calls about animals but this one was different. A caller reported a dog on the roof of a house.

there's a dog that live near where i get groceries that is constantly on the roof and his access is quite easy..the rear deck railing is just about even with the roof and it just jumps on the roof and will sit in the shade from the eaves and such

Tom's mom's dog used to go through the screen to get on the roof. One time she jumped through the screen and missed the roof completely (She wasn't hurt, but the maillady needed to change her undies).
My ship she has a rudder, but I don’t know where to steer
