We had just went up to this group and was telling them about Duckett. They wanted a pic....I let these girls take a pic with him....I turned my back for a second and when I turned back, Ducket was gone. I freaked like a mom who had lost her child. I finally spotted him with another guy taking a pic...I walked right over and ripped him out of his hands.....

To answer people's questions, yes, there are backups. I have the original that went to the NEPHC ( someone bit his tail so it leaks) and 3 more spares. I'll send off a spare to Dave & Kimmy in Treasure Island and they'll have it for the phlocking on 5/16 and ask that a spare travels with Duckett and his journal. Once a spare has to be used, PM SP & myself and one of use will get another one out.
Here's the latest schedule, with Citcat hosting in Cincinati. PM me with dates and details if you'd like to host him at a show or phlocking. Hosts are responsible for getting Duckett to his next stop on time one way or another. So far we've had pretty good luck finding people show were able to transport him between shows. There's still some empty dates......who's gonna step up?

I can't find the post now, but I respectfully (and regrettably) eliminated myself from Duckett escort duties way back when this idea first got started.....
the reason being that I am a Buffett concert virgin (at least I will be until after Alpine Valley) and felt that it would be better if I went to my first live show with as few responsibilities as possible.
I was hoping to limit myself to no more than four:
1) remember my tickets
2) have a great time....at the parking lot parties *AND* at the show
3) remember where I parked
4) stay reasonably sober (DUIs s***)

Or is even this asking too much of myself?

We met up with Karacal and dnw for dinner and drinks.

The Duck refused to come back to the room and instead retired with the ladies for a "Bill Massage"

Duckett is wearing a neck lanyard and an ident tag/access pass.

What size shirt does Duckett wear ? Where will he be during July when there are no concerts ? He can come stay with me...I have a pool. Then since Cincinnati is the first concert after July, he can travel with me there, attend the pre-concert party at the Cheeseburger in Paradise, then go to the tailgate the next day and attend the concert.
We MIGHT wait until July to have our annual Parrothead pool party (with my Parrothead club members in attendance) so he can attend that.
What am I saying ? He's a DUCK for Heaven's sake ?????
