Three times today we received emails regarding a paper jam on a printer.
And three times we went to investigate.
And three times we replied to the email, "There is no paper jam, the printer just needs paper loaded".

Actually, these weren't. Most of our work is not done for upper management.

You nut. These were all from just general employees. Upper Management would never email my department directly. They would all go through their Admin. Assistants.

Amazingly, the Admins in my office are wonderful ladies. Hard working, smart (ok, one is a little not so bright), and work WITH us, and do such a great job.
