Should be some great games. Look for me, I'll be in the red Rensselaer sweatshirt. Actually, I scored some ridicously good seats and I'm about 4 rows up in front of one of the face circles. I'm sitting to the left of the benches, which would be to the right if you are watching it on TV.
I'm definitely rooting for UVM in the second game. Not sure about the first, this might be one of the few times I can yell go beavers and not get slapped.
I'll be looking for ya

I'll take you to a game next year Pam, we have season tickets and Marilyn can't always go with me. I just hope Victor Stallberg comes back for his senior year. I have a feeling the Toronto Maple Leafs are going to make him an offer he can't refuse this weekend after this is all over. The things that may have him come back is if they don't win it all this weekend, and the fact his younger brother has committed to play for UVM next year.

We had a group of 15-20 who went to every game, we took turns getting up early to go buy general admission tickets and all sat together, we had the BEST time!! I went to work hoarse every Monday. Thanks for thinking of me for next year!!

Two great games, although the Vermont outcome was not what I would have prefered. I miss watching college hockey; the players are so intense.
BU and Miami on Saturday. It will be Red vs Red. Go Redhawks!

Seriously though, it was great. Too bad most of the scoring took place at end of the ice I was not sitting on...

Have to agree....great hockey, but the results weren't what I would have liked.
I can live with the results, as it was a good game that could have gone either way. What I didn't like happened after the game. ESPN interviewed Colin Wilson of BU. The interviewer told him he had a great game and asked him what he thought was the difference. With a smug look on his face, he replied that BU was more talented and wanted it more.
WTF, are you kidding me? No complimenting the other team on a hard fought battle that could have gone either way, or admitting they were the beneficiary of a lucky bounce that caused the tying goal?
I've seen BU play once this year and was impressed by the kid's talent but lost a lot of respect for the little punk, and hope he loses the Hobey baker tonight and BU gets their a$$es handed to them on Saturday.
Normally, I'd root for a fellow Hockey East team to take it all, but not now, he doesn't deserve a championship.
Go Miami!

BU just turned it on the last 7 minutes and took the game over, I am not even sure if VT got a shot on net the last 5 minutes. BC last year and maybe BU this year... it's been a hell of a decade in Boston sports - lets hope the Bruins make some noise themselves in the playoffs.

Great game tonight, and even though I didn't want BU to win, they deserved it. The way they came back in the third period from 3-1 to tie the game was impressive. It was a great NCAA playoffs, every game I got to watch was end to end, intense hockey.
I loved it, and am a little sad it's over!

BC last year, BU this year. Not a bad 12 months for Commonwealth Ave.

Wow, what a game. I'm still recovering. Congrats to BU, they played a hell of a game. And congrats to the Redhawks, they suprised a lot of people. I'm happy an East Coast team won but I sort of wish Miami won. Watching those games makes me realize how much I miss college hockey. All the games were great. Hopefully the Capitals can reproduce some of that excitment.
So I recorded the game and watched it when I came home. I can actually see myself on TV if you pause it and squint really hard.

Not a huge hockey fan, but have enjoyed the success of Miami over the last few years. I try to keep tabs on them, but they don't get a lot of press around town. With the local Cyclones winning the ECHL title last year. Was hoping Miami could bring another title to town. Oh well, congrats to them anyway. May be the Cyclones will bring another one home.
