Wear your best Parrot Head Bonnet, donate baby items for good cause April 18
(Dana Point, CA) – Salt Creek Grille – one of Orange County’s premiere eateries and entertainment venues – will host the April Parrot Head Phlocking on April 18 for “Parrot Heads” and patrons with a penchant for fun-filled live outdoor music and food and drink specials, while celebrating in style for a good cause.
The lively event will benefit the Orange County Food Bank, which desperately needs baby items. Donations of diapers and non-perishable baby food will be accepted during the four-hour celebration, which kicks off at 4 p.m.
The Orange County Parrot Head Club party includes live entertainment under the patio tent by Jimmy Buffet cover band Coral Reefer Madness and a guest appearance by Captain Morgan and the Morganettes. The patron who sports the best “Parrot Bonnet” in honor of Easter will win a special prize.
The restaurant will continue to sizzle into the night with the Derek Bordeaux Group hitting the stage around 9 p.m. Patrons will enjoy Bordeaux’s impassioned soulful vocals while grooving on the dance floor; savoring the restaurant’s delectable fare; and enjoying an upscale, yet casual atmosphere.
