I don't watch "30 Rock", but I heard this song on the radio this morning and the DJ said it was from the "30 Rock" season finale. The father of Alec Baldwin's character needs a kidney, but he doesn't like him enough to give him one of his. Instead he calls in favors from his Hollywood friends, who write and perform a "We Are The World" type song. It's a hoot!
