I am assuming that most will be hanging at Margaritaville on Friday night -that is where I am going to look for everyone. Hopefully I'll see you there. I really need to meet more of you!!!

Plenty to do during the show at Mohegan Sun. Plus I expect the post concert parties to be even better than the pre-concert fun ...gunthermoose wrote:Same here BOR.. Will be listening to Sirius at show timeBottleofRum wrote:I am in![]()

Here we are, maybe it's because in spite of all the work we do
It's the child in us we really value
Here we are, with our fins up and our feathers flashing
Here we are, with our coconut shell brassieres chanting

Thre other 3 times he played the arena there was a regular tailgate. Mohegan Sun set aside one parking lot for the tailgate and it was pretty good. But 2 of those shows were in June and the 3rd was in August so this will be different.gunthermoose wrote:To those who have done this before ...Is this going to be a normal tailgate

Re: Who's going to Mohegan Sun 11/21
I'm picturing it now. If it is cold we will be in jeans, sweat-shirts, and wearing our parrothead beads, leis, coconut bras over the top of not so tropical clothing. I wonder if anyone will be brave enough to wear shorts and tank tops.

It will be more of a football tailgate than a Buffett tailgate.ParrotHeadInThe Making wrote:I'm picturing it now. Re: Who's going to Mohegan Sun 11/21
Hmmmm, 70-degree weather could happen. Right now in Michigan where I'm at it's sunny and 70 degrees and very unusual for November, but I'll take it. I hope that the snow holds off in CT until after the show so I don't have to bring the heavy winter coat and such.TommyBahama wrote:the question will is...will there be flashing????...watch it be a freak weather day and be in the 70's!!ParrotHeadInThe Making wrote:I'm picturing it now. Are we sure they are going to allow tailgating this year? the last 3 shows were in the "warmer" months so there was not much of a question. Has anyone heard from them about having a special lot for Buffett tailgating again?

Re: Who's going to Mohegan Sun 11/21
I hope they have some sort of tailgating, a lot cheaper to bring a 12 pack then to buy drinks one at at time at Margaritaville .. A LOT CHEAPER!TommyBahama wrote:i haven't heard....and i won't be in the area before the show to find out!!...i guess i can send a email to see...maybe they will let me know something!!BottleofRum wrote:TommyBahama wrote:sure...thats what i have at the UCONN tailgates!!...who has a generator and a antenna...i have a TV so we can watch those college football games....we can mix Buffett with college football and take it to the next level!!!gunthermoose wrote:We'll the menu will be different than a summer concert...
