It will be great to meet you. We were also at the first show in Paris so may be on your photos somewhere.
We are going to see Jake on the Thursday followed by the saturday show. A few of us are then planning to get together for a drink on the friday, as some people do not fly in until then. If you can join us you will be most welcome. No location etc yet but will arrange that a bit nearer the time.

We don't have anything planned for Friday (at this point)...our biggest problem is that we do not have a cell phone
that will work in another country, we barely ever use the ones we have here so it is hard to justify a new iphone.
If you have a meeting place figured out before we leave on the 19th, that would be great; if not we can find out where on Thursday at Jake's show.
I haven't even thought about the cell phone not working over there.
So no DD's from you and Barbara, huh ?

You must be on the 2nd level. ORCHESTRA Debout is standing on the ground floor in front of the stage!

Yeah No Shoes, you hit the nail on the head there. I've been to Paris a couple times since '02 and most places to eat weren't what I wanted.
Last time I did find a decent little place on the Champs but can't remember what it was.
The first time we ate at a Hippo place that didn't do much for me. Hell, this time we'll probably just go to the little Irish pub near Sacre Ceour and have a pint and some bangers & mash.
Must be nice to be there now. We'll be landing on Sept 19 to embark on our 3oad trip thru EU then back to paris for the show. Can't wait.

Hi all. I managed to get 2 standing tickets for the show this past Thursday. How long did it take you guys to receive the venue's email confimation? I'm starting to get nervous here.....it's been 3 days. Fins up!

I have to say mine came very quickly - check your junk mail folder..... if you still havent received it later in the week let us know and I will get my husband to give them a call.
I looked on the La Cigale website yesterday and its showing the concert as full !!

Steve from Vegas is not going and I have his booking reference and a copy of his passport, with a letter authorising me to collect the tickets, can your Hubby call and see if this is going to be ok?
