I had friends that went to Morocco a couple of years ago and had nothing but wonderful things to say about it...

Just remember that if you are hippy-ish appearance, you will be denied entry into the country. I took the ferry from Spain to Morocco a couple of years ago and the two guys that I was traveling with had ponytails and one had on a Grateful Dead belt. They were both denied entry.

Well, we went, we stayed and we did not want to come home!!
Had the most amazing time! This is our third time in Morocco, and it gets better every time. This is a country I can really recommend, friendly, but not so cheap now they accept the damned Euro.
Are looking for suitable dates for next year now   Must remember to tell husband [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

Are you going by road?
...or rail?

Neither, we flew  BUT, because of these films I have visited 2 of the places mentioned in the Road To films...

Sounds marvelous. Just the kind of trip I love to hear about. Share more when you get the time. (btw - the train pic is the Marrakesh Express  )
