I do not want to hear one word about poor service at Ticket Master...
never again..
I log in to buy some tickets for a show in Boise..Been on sale for a while.
(no pressure)
I pick my ticket.. I give my shipping info... 6 times. ( timed out twice)
the time out message is just peachy (you took too long to make your choice
the order is canceled)
when it got my info (BTW... no message that you forgot this or that just an empty page)
THEN... it took 6 more trys to get the CC info.... (more time out)

NOW the ticket I want isn't available..
don't worry.. I only got One confirmation email...

You cries may fall on somewhat deaf ears this time since several people who got "re-release" tickets from Ticketmaster in the PIT for the Camden shows are now being told by Ticketmaster their orders are void and the tickets weren't available.
Ticketmaster still SUX!

Still think we can use those pit tickets if we already have them?

Here's a little story of a "friend" although it was at CBP not Camden. My friend had originally bought really cheap seats but then side of stage became available and he bought those. He later received a letter from ComcastTx that side of stage were not available, but that they were giving 55th row instead. His 5'1" wife was not thrilled with that idea and they called and talked with ComcastTix and eventually had the 55th row tix cancelled/voided an money refunded.
Day of show, he gets into the stadium past the scanners with upper deck seats. Once inside he sees the pavilion for wrist bandsand uses the voided tickets to get a wrist band and works his way to the field and past a few ushers and ends up in unoccupied seats in the second row.
What a great time we...I mean they, had!
