The news isn't the size of the venue. He's been playing indoor arenas, some smaller that Great Woods, this whole tour. The big news is that he's playing a shed with the E Street Band

I got one in Sec 3 W for Sunday, thought I did great, then started finding seats as close as 1 M, got sad, figured I shouldn't look anymore, and signed off.

I'm there, Saturday, Section 8. Got them at 2:00pm I forgot they went on sale. I was quite surprised they weren't sold out yet.
