I agree with this.
I have a particular, personally significant memory associated with this version of the song.
As do I, it was the first Buffett song I played for my Wife (future wife at that point). She made fun of me for about 2 years cause of listening to Jimmy, till i finally her to a show. Now she wants to go as much as I do.

All the different live versions are good, but my parakeets and I still love the studio version from the album of the same name. My kids love the opening monologue and can repeat it perfectly. Guess I am in the minority on that one. And of course my second favorite one is "the next one I hear live".
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

Gotta agree....was at the concert for the recording and he mentions Cocoa Beach and the Space Coast......where I live and grew up....thought it was kind of cool....

My favorite version is the one he plays whenever I get to see him live at Pittsburgh. :P

But aside from that, I really like the "TTS" track.
