I remember the year of the monsoon as my favorite on the lawn. We were screaming to the Weather Gods to give us all they had. Reminded me of Lt Dan from Forrest Gump during the hurricane!
We'll be on mud hill with 12 of our phriends, including 1 or 2 virgins. They really have no idea.
Can't wait to get this party started!!

Maui Deb & Andy are in the lawn, too...well, at least for a LITTLE while
We still have a few tables & tarps & bags & boxes of snacks left from yesterday....have to whip up another double batch of "walking tacos" ...."the perfect drunk food" ....for tomorrow.

Ok, first cooler is packed, 24-tall boy miller lites, 24- 8oz. bottles of water (always stay hydrated) 1- bottle of Citra wine, and 3-cans of diet pepsi. Plenty of ice. LET'S GET IT STARTED YEA.......... Let's get it started.

For the most part, it drizzled on and off thru out the day with one large downpour around 4. It started to drizzle again as we headed to the show and at the start of the show but was dry the rest of the night. Not so bad!
Deb, The happy hour is 5-8 I believe Frinzi and company are on at 7.

Well it sounds like there is going to be quite a party on mud hill tomorrow!
Probably have less of a hassle from security regarding beach balls!
If we can get a few in, that is!
Still kinda shocked about how unbuffetty and unphriendly the security was last night, from what I've read in the threads!
No beach balls!
They are so very dangerous don't ya know?
Sounds all too reminiscent of the security at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD!
I remember none of them smiled despite the awesome weather!
They even made me and Mick pour our beers out during the tailgate, because they weren't in cups.
Come to think about it.....
The last time we went to a JB concert there was 2003 for the Tiki Time Tour.
I believe that was also the last time JB played the Merriweather.
But that is probably solely due to the "market" there.
The Philadelphia/Camden "market" is a major foothold for Live Nation.
So, nothing to worry about regarding future JB tours here!

I'll meet you guys in the lot in the early afternoon. I have to wait for a delivery tomorrow morning, so I cant meet the caravan at 10am. But I will see you all a few hours later.....
