You can get 25% off the bill if you book by Feb 28 and depart on your trip by the end of June. There is a 4 letter code that escapes me at the moment. Perfect for the show. Then if I split it between 4 or 6 people, it works out to be about $70 per person for the Friday to Monday. After the heat and rain last year, $70 a person to stay cool and dry and have a place to party if the weather turns rotten isn't a bad price to pay. But it is too steep if I am going to be stuck out in the middle of nowhere and not around the BN crowd. I am just not sure what to do.

WOW! I'm all finished my stuck in the house for the winter projects (2 megatouch machines built from scratch for my basement bar) but that could be a great addition to my collection of stuff I only use once a year. I could build that, I know it. Thanks, now I won't sleep for a week as I ponder whether or not I should build one.

My wife and I come and I usually bring:
4 racks of ribs
2 london broils
2 pork tenderloins
12 BBQ chicken legs and thighs
8 jalapeno burgers
24 hot dogs
12-18 regular burgers
Maybe some scallop skewers and/or fresh clams
10 lbs of potato salad
Chips and pretzel
and Last year I did Chicken Cordon Bleu and some grilled vegetables for the vegetarians.

That's for the "two of us" if it gives you any indication.

My menu this year will be made up when I see what the weather is going to be.
Wasted way too much food last year. If it's going to be that hot again there will be lighter foods.
Less heavy grilled food more fruits and beverages!!! Maybe a blender to replace the smoker....
