So I'm thinking of getting a car door magnetic sign.

You can design them yourself on different websites. Can I use this picture, without Margaritaville?
Or is changing it up a little OK Like the person did in this one?


I want it for my own personal use, or to lend to friends, I'm not going to sell them, does that make a difference? What about the person that sells it to me. They are not designing it, they're just selling me a piece of magnetic stuff w/ a picture of my choosing on it

I guess it depends on the site/shop. I'm sure some would do it.

I painted something similar to it on my tire cover and have had quite a few Buffett qoutes put on bumper stickers and did not get sued

I'd like to re-do it to look more like the logo with "Fins Up" on it as well

If I were you, I would use the one that is already done with the Margaritaville logo....
