Watched the game replay of this. The spot of the ball was correct, it was the NOT-ALWAYS-ACCURATE made for TV yellow line mark that was not.
No goof on Refs part on this one guys!

The Central Michigan bandwagon keeps rolling along..... 8)

--6th longest winning streak in the country
--#24 in the Sporting News poll
--17-1 in our last 18 games in the month of October
--16 straight wins vs. MAC East opponents

Are there any Bowling Green fans here brave enough to stand in the way of the Chippewa march toward the title?

Apparently this got past everyone outside of "FLYOVER COUNTRY."

IOWA HAWKEYES REMAIN *UNDEFEATED* WITH *SECOND LONGEST WINNING STREAK IN THE NATION*.

And they beat Penn State and Michigan.

But the streak will be put to the test this weekend at Michigan State

Ya know...talk like that is likely to increase the rates at the Big Phan hostel this weekend!

History lesson - my screen name was to be a play on BGSU. When I joined BN, the BGSU adversiting campaign was something like 'Do something B!G' so I thought I'd be B!G Phan (a combination of BG and PH). However, I joined in such a hurry that I <bleep> the typing.

Thank God. They were set to ref this weekend's game between the Vols and the Crimson Tide. :o
That was reported by an Atlanta radio station, but it turned out to be an incorrect rumor. The press release that the SEC issued when they suspended them said that their next scheduled game was 10/31.

GO IRISH!

Another last minute win. Their last six games have been decided by 7 pts. or less.
The icing on the cake was when Jimmy Clausen walked up to congatulate a B.C.
receiver who had had a real good game. The B.C. player got in Clausen's face so
Clausen just shoved him away and walked off with a parting comment. :pirate:

A few more Miami losses and we can have us an FSU/Miami rematch.
Oh Boy!!  But then FSU probably will not make a bowl this year.

Thanks, Doc.
That win last night in the final two seconds of the game will be one for the ages.
I was also happy for Penn State. (Who could NOT love Papa Joe)?
And Iowa State beating NEBRASKA??? I'm glad I decided to delay my decision to quit drinking.

And don't worry about your Wolverines. It's just one of those years. They'll be fine.

WOOOHOOOOO!!!!! Boston College IS surprising folks! Game Day people were predicting an Irish win by 3-4 TDs......defense really is looking better and better........if there hadn't been one or two BC turnovers, the kids at ND would have been sitting in they're dorm rooms last night...... 8)

one of the articles I read this morning: The Irish are as good as their opponents, hence all the close games.

I think the wind had more to do with stopping BG's offense than the CMU defense, but a win is a win. #26 in the USA Today poll, #27 in the AP, we need to play B!G this week vs. Boston College to crack the top 25.

And before I forget, frozen...no salt. 8)

I'll say it once again....the future looks very bright for the Big Orange Nation! With perhaps the best coaching and recruiting staff in the nation top-to-bottom give us a couple of years to get a couple of #1 recruiting classes and we'll be ready to compete for championships! Florida....be very, very afraid! 8)

HARDEE HAR HAR!

I think the biggest worry in the SEC is when "The Gamecocks" finally get it all

together, "We" will be the one's to fear.

Lets hope for a good game and some competent officiating calls.
